Front-Door Audits
The Field Ticket Leak Audit or the Reporting Readiness Review maps every ticket, report and seam before anything is built, from your own records.
AI Leadership services →Oil Patch AI Systems Inc.
We help contractors servicing Alberta's oil patch put AI to work on the paperwork that slows the field down, inside systems their own people control.

Founder, Oil Patch AI Systems
12+ years on rotation · 5 oil sands sites
Based between Fort McMurray and Calgary. Has worked 4/3, 7/7 and 14/14 rotations, and still speaks superintendent before data scientist.
Read the Doctrine he wrote →I have spent more than twelve years on rotation across five oil sands sites: Long Lake, Albian Sands, Suncor Base Plant at Steepbank, Hangingstone when it was still JACOS, and Fort Hills. At my current site, I am fast approaching a decade. I have signed tickets at the end of a 12, waited at a closed gate, and watched good crews lose a day because a piece of paper was in the wrong truck.
None of that was anyone's fault. The same job, the same worker and the same PO line were being typed into five different places, and every hand-off between two systems was a place for money, time and trust to leak. The office trying to close that gap was usually one or two people deep.
The contractors I worked beside were never behind on technology. They were buried in the work behind the work.
When AI arrived, most of what was sold to contractors was another app, another login, or a strategy deck. I started Oil Patch AI Systems to do the opposite: build one source of numbers inside the account a contractor already owns, put AI on the re-typing, and leave a named person in charge of every decision.
If your people cannot run it after we leave, you rented it. We build so you own it.
We are pre-revenue, launching in Q4 2026, and we say so. There are no client logos on this site because there are no clients yet. What we can show you is the work.

The Oil Patch AI Doctrine
AI may read.
AI may draft.
AI may check.
But AI never signs. A named person in your office approves every invoice, every form and every report, and your own people keep the decisions, the data and the skills.
Read the full DoctrineMost contractors servicing the oil patch already have the apps. Very few have them working together.
The problem we saw
Tickets riding in truck doors for weeks. Invoices bounced by a portal over a missing PO line, restarting a 45 or 60 day clock while payroll still goes out every two weeks. Quarterly spend reports rebuilt by hand for each operator. Prequal audits answered from scratch. Software the crews stopped opening after a month, and consultants who left before anything ran.
What we built instead
A library of fixed-scope playbooks, built from 39 shared components on one data foundation inside your own Microsoft or Google account. Two front doors: the Field Ticket Leak Audit for operating companies and the Reporting Readiness Review for Indigenous group offices. A managed service that runs them, and a hand-over that leaves your own staff able to run every system.

Every step gets a named owner, a training date and a one-page SOP. For Nation-owned companies, the skills stay with your members.
Score your readiness →Indigenous-owned and independent contractors servicing the oil patch, and the people inside them who carry the work behind the work.
who bill the operators through a portal and run payroll, safety paperwork and reports with a skeleton admin team.
who want the work behind the work fixed without asking the crews to learn another app.
who answer to a board, the Nation and the operators, across 5 to 20+ companies.
who type the same PO number into its fourth system and want to keep the decision, not the re-typing.
whose FLHAs and near-miss cards are the best data the company owns, and the least read.
who need one set of numbers both sides trust, on the same day every month.
