Workforce and Capacity Commitment
We build AI to take re-keying and paperwork off the people who already do the work, so they have time for the work that matters. We do not design our systems to reduce headcount.
What we commit to in every engagement
- A capacity clause in every contract. "This work is designed to remove re-keying and paperwork from existing roles. It is not designed to reduce headcount. If a feature would mainly eliminate a role, we will raise it with you before building it, and you decide."
- A named owner in your organization. Every system has a named member of your staff, trained to run, change and check it.
- Your procedures, in your words. A one-page procedure for each system, written with your staff and stored in your account.
- A handover date set at the start. Before we leave, your owner runs the system alone for a full cycle.
- Safety that protects crews. Safety tools support the qualified person who signs off. They are never used to watch, score or discipline individual workers without your explicit agreement.
- Capacity measures you own. We agree with you what to measure (such as hours of re-keying moved off a desk, or staff trained to run a system), report it to you, and you decide what, if anything, is shared.
